Adinath textiles Ltd. is a worsted spinning mills. The Company has an installed capacity of 4800 spindles. The Company has installed state of the art machinery from (SAVIO) Italy, NSC (France). The new clause 49 of the listing agreement require the company to lay down a Code of Conduct for the members of the Board and also for senior management personnel.
